Policies and Fees

Office visits are by appointment only. Fees vary for 60 minute periods of: Intake-History $175.00, Evaluation $150.00 (testing), and Therapy $100.00 to $120.00. Some tests cost an additional amount. Please pay at the end of each interview. (I accept Cash and Checks addressed to the office, and Venmo). My Venmo address is "@Clarence-Bergeron". We do not accept insurance. However, we do fill out claim forms for the client to send to their insurer. This office requests that you discuss any difficulty with financially affording these services.

TELEPHONE CALLS:

The phone (985-851-6257) is answered by Gina, the secretary, or the answering service. Please leave your name and the telephone number where you can be reached.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Your communication in the office with Dr. Bergeron and all records made are considered confidential and privileged communication. This means that it is not told to any other person without your informed written consent. The only primary exceptions to this are (1) when you threaten yourself or others or (2) you file a civil suit for compensation or (3) when a judge makes a court order.

PARKING:

The street parking meters accept 25 cents per hour. OR There are two marked spaces behind our building.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to cancel or change an appointment, please call 985-851-6257 at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. There is a $100.00 fee per each hour scheduled for failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. There are no exceptions to this policy, please comply. This fee must be paid before another appointment is to be made by the client.
